Privacy policy

How ALTWAY.SYSTEMS handles personal information and enquiries.

The controller is ALTWAY(PL) Sp. z o. o., Aleja Grunwaldzka 212, 80-266 Gdańsk, Poland, operator of ALTWAY.SYSTEMS.

The form collects your full name, email address, optional company, message and selected language. We also process information you choose to include in correspondence.

Providing information is voluntary. Sending the form requires your full name, email address and a description of the matter; company is optional. Do not send passwords, sensitive information or unnecessary information about other people.

We respond to enquiries and discuss possible next steps. GDPR Article 6(1)(b) applies when you request steps towards your own contract. Other correspondence, including enquiries from company representatives, relies on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.

Website security and abuse prevention rely on Article 6(1)(f). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or trigger an automatic reply. The form makes no decisions with legal effects and performs no marketing profiling.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and protection, and form protection through Turnstile. Turnstile uses technical information, including IP address and browser signals, to distinguish legitimate use from abuse.

SMTP2GO forwards form messages to contact@altway.systems over an encrypted HTTPS API. It receives the form information for this purpose. Messages are sent from www@sender.altway.systems, with your validated email as Reply-To, and then reach the controller’s mailbox.

The form application stores no message content in a database or application logs. Information sent by email remains in the controller’s correspondence and is processed by email providers.

Correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve the matter. Further retention may be justified by a specific legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. These criteria must be applied to the particular matter and information involved.

Cloudflare and SMTP2GO use international infrastructure. Processing locations and conditions depend on the service used and arrangements with the provider.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area require an appropriate basis and safeguards under GDPR Chapter V. You can request information about the processing of your enquiry at contact@altway.systems.

A deliberate language choice sets the functional altway_locale cookie for up to one year. The choice is not saved without JavaScript; /pl/ and /en/ remain directly accessible.

Turnstile protects the form. The website adds no analytics tools or marketing cookies.

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure and restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Email contact@altway.systems with your request. We may need information necessary to confirm your entitlement to the data. You can complain to Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority.
