Less repetitive work. A clearer flow of information.

Copy‑pasteis nota system.

When the same information has to be entered into several tools and spreadsheets, steps are easy to miss. We help improve that workflow, from understanding the problem to an agreed solution. We start with the tools you already use.

01Diagnosis

What keeps repeating in your business?

Select the situations you recognise. They give us a starting point for a conversation; they do not determine whether automation is the right answer.

Symptoms that apply to your company

02Areas

One problem.
A scope that fits.

A new application is not always necessary. We first look at existing features and working practices. These possible directions help define the scope; suitability and delivery terms are discussed separately.

Possible solution layers: infrastructure, data, integration, automation, applications and reuse01Infrastructure02APIs & data03Integration04Automation05Applications+Reuse

To investigate

Spreadsheets that grew into systems.

Possible applications

  • order and fulfilment panel
  • quote calculator
  • equipment or task register

To investigate

Manual, repetitive tasks and dependence on one person.

Possible applications

  • document generation
  • reminders and approval flows
  • replenishment orders

To investigate

Entering the same data in several places.

Possible applications

  • store ↔ warehouse ↔ accounting
  • importing supplier price lists
  • syncing contacts and orders

To investigate

Silent integration failures and unreliable reports.

Possible applications

  • API integrations
  • reports combining several sources
  • alerts on errors and missing data

To investigate

Unreliable hardware, missing backups and poorly managed access.

Possible applications

  • backups with restore tests
  • accounts, access and permissions
  • monitoring and updates

To investigate

Repeated elements of the agreed solution.

Possible applications

  • Integration or reporting elements, subject to qualification.

03In practice

The system tracks the steps.
People make the decisions.

An illustrative replenishment workflow: the system checks inputs and rules, then prepares a proposal for approval. Missing information is flagged for review.

replenishment_rule.txt7 / 7
  1. Whena new order arrives in the store
  2. Checkstock levels of the ordered products
  3. Ifstock falls below the minimum
  4. Thendraft an order with the usual supplier
  5. Andsend it to the owner for approval
  6. Nextpass the document to accounting
  7. On errorcheck status and notify the person in charge

This simulation uses example data. It is not a customer case study or a connection to live business systems. Automated steps and human decisions are agreed for each process.

  1. TriggerNew order in the store
  2. DataStock level check
  3. ConditionBelow the minimum? No → logged to history
  4. ActionDraft purchase order
  5. Human decisionOne-click approval
  6. ResultSent to the supplier, document in accountingNo confirmation? Check status and notify.
  7. ReportMorning: summary in the report

Event log — example

  1. new order #1042 · store
  2. stock SKU‑0417: 3 pcs · minimum: 5
  3. draft order · usual supplier · 20 pcs
  4. approved · owner
  5. sent · document → accounting
  6. no confirmation · status check 1/3
  7. confirmed by supplier
  8. morning report · 1 replenishment order

04How we work

Understand first.
Improve second.

We start with the problem and how work gets done. If analysis or implementation is needed, we agree on scope, price and acceptance checks before starting.

  1. A short conversation

Describe the recurring task, the tools involved and what gets in the way. We work out whether there is a useful next step.

Outputa starting point and next step

  2. Examine the process

Where analysis is needed, we propose its scope and price. We examine inputs, dependencies and possible approaches.

    Outputthe problem and possible approaches

  3. Scope and price

We agree on what the change includes, what it excludes and how to check the result. You can then decide whether to proceed.

    Outputscope, price and acceptance criteria

  4. Implement and hand over

We test agreed cases, including errors and exceptions. The solution is handed over with the agreed operating information.

    Outputthe solution and agreed documentation

  5. Further support

If ongoing support is needed, responsibilities, scope and the cost of further changes are agreed separately.

    Outputseparately agreed support terms

Notes

  1. Responsibilities for data, accounts and access are agreed.
  2. Start with one concrete problem.
  3. Documentation is scoped with the solution.
  4. Existing configuration or a simpler working practice may be enough.

Let’s start with one problem.

What do you repeat manually, in which tools, and what needs correcting? Two or three sentences are enough. Do not send passwords or customer data. We can then decide whether the next step is a conversation, a change estimate or separate analysis.
